The Center for Family Health (CFH) is a leader in providing excellent, accessible health care to the residents of our community. We provide a wide range of primary health care services-- prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, behavioral health and dental care.

As a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), we are the area's largest not-for-profit primary health care provider. we are dedicated to serving all patients in Jackson County regardless of their abiltiy to pay.

Founded in 1991, CFH now cares for over 20,000 patients a year and provides over 100,000 visits annually. Our own patients form the majority of our board of directors and give guidance and direction to our mission- "opening the door to health care for all.
