The Center for Family Health (CFH) is a federally qualified community health center (FQHC). As a not-for-profit primary health care organization we are dedicated to serving Jackson County. We provide primary health care – prenatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, behavioral health and dental care. We provide excellent, accessible health care to the residents of our community, regardless of their ability to pay.

Founded in 1991, CFH now cares for over 20,000 patients a year and provides over 100,000 visits annually. Our own patients form the majority of our board of directors and give guidance and direction to our mission of "opening the door to health care for all.
