Board Officers |
A unique aspect of all community health centers is that the Board of Directors are consumer driven. More than one half of our Center's Board of Directors are patients who use our services. At each monthly Board meeting, the insights of these patients provide us with a valuable perspective on our operations. The 12-member Board is responsible for ensuring that the Center complies with Federal, State and local regulations and is financially viable. With different skills and backgrounds, our Board Members work together to make decisions on how our organization can best serve our community. Board Members are not compensated and volunteers their time. We are grateful to them for their dedication and hard work. Board members participate in discussions and review presentations related to policy, budget, and patient issues. Our Board, along with additional community volunteers, participates in the following sub-committees:

| Serving since 1995, Jerry is one of our original board members. He served as Board Chair from 2001 - 2011. He is the Director of Physician Services at Allegiance Health System.
