Molly Kaser is a registered nurse with a master’s degree in public health.  Molly has been with the Center for Family Health/Center for Healthy Beginnings since 1990.  She has extensive experience with the start up and integration of new services.

As the Center's CEO, Ms. Kaser oversees all aspects of the Center. She works closely with our Board to promote the Center locally, in the State and Nationally.

Sara Benedetto holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is an RN.  She has been with the Center for Family Health since 1992 and has held progressively more responsible positions. 

As the Center's COO, Ms. Benedetto oversees all Operational Services.  She supervises all Clinical, Site and Human Resource Managers. 

Dale Ernst holds a dual bachelor’s degree in finance and accountancy and a MBA in operations management.  He has over 30 years of financial management experience in a variety of industries. He joined the Center for Family Heatlh in 2005.

As the Center's CFO, Mr. Ernst oversees Finance, Facility, Pharmacy and IT operations.  He supervises these departments and ensures we comply with all standard accounting and auditing practices.

Kim Hinkle is a Registered Nurse with a bachelors of science in nursing.  She originally started with Center for Family Health/Center for Healthy Beginnings in 1991 and has held several positions. She has experience in both leadership and clinical nursing. 

As the Center's Quality Improvement Director, Ms. Hinkle oversees all quality measures and customer service standards. She ensures we comply with all HIPAA and privacy standards.
