Shahzad Shaikh, MD |
|
Dr. Shahzad Shaikh joined the Center for Family Health in July 1996. He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Sind University in Hyderabad, Pakistan. He received his post graduate training in Internal Medicine and General Surgery at Liaquat National Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his Residency at Oakwood Hospital, Dearborn MI and continued to serve there until taking the position at the Center for Family Health.

Rose Johnson, MD |

Dr. Rose Johnson joined the Center for Family Health in October 2002. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Kerala Medical College Trivandrum. She completed her residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Greg Naylor, MD |
|
Dr. Gregory Naylor joined the Center for Family Health in September 2005 and was appointed our Medical Director soon after. Dr. Naylor received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University and completed his post graduate work at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin. He has experience working in rural clinics as well as in busy emergency room and ambulatory care centers. For more than 15 years, he provided medical services to male and female offenders at the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC). For eight years he was the Chief Medical Officer at MDOC.

Andrea Breese, MD |

Dr. Breese joined the Center for Family Health in August 2010. She received her Medical Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1998. She completed a residency at Oakwood Hospital in obstetrics and gynecology in 2002, and her family practice residency at the University of Michigan Hospital in 2007. Dr Breese is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Theresa Nestorak, ANP |

Theresa Nestorak joined the Center for Family Health in April 2009. She has been certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2005. Theresa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University.

Elizabeth Ludwig joined the Center for Family Health in January 2006. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters in Community Health Nursing with a specialty focus as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from the University of Michigan. She is accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Amy Anglin, NP, MSN, BSN, RN, EMT-B |

Amy Anglin joined the Center for Family Health in July 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and her Master of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. Ms. Anglin has certifications in Trauma Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Professional CPR.

Cynthia Warden joined the Center for Family Health in December 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Madonna University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University. Ms. Warden is accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Patrick Hite joined the Center for Family Health in October 2009. He graduated from Western Michigan University with his Master’s in Science in Medicine as a Physician Assistant in 2009. Mr. Hite is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. .

Travis Brown joined the Center for Family Health in November 2009. He graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Biology in 2006 and Western Michigan University with his Master’s of Science in Medicine as a Physician Assistant in August of 2009. Mr. Brown is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Mollie Bailey joined the Center for Family Health in July 2009. She has been certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2003. Mollie received her Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Michigan, her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Central Michigan University, and her Master's in Public Health Administration from the University of Michigan.
