HealthPay Program

HealthPay is a program available to Center for Family Health patients that provides a discount on medical/dental care and prescriptions.

What is covered by HealthPay?

HealthPay includes discounts on medical and dental office visits, prescriptions, lab testing, x-rays, consulting services and some other services.

How do I qualify for HealthPay?

Enrollment and program discounts amounts are based on income and family size. If you already have insurance but have large co-pays or deductibles, you may also enroll in HealthPay to reduce the cost of your insurance copays.

Stop by any of our offices and our staff will help you apply. You must bring proof of income for the past month for anyone in your home over age 18.
