The HealthPay Prescription Program

The HealthPay program offers a discount on prescriptions written by a Center for Family Health doctor.

How do I qualify?

You must be enrolled in the HealthPay Program.

Requirements:

--Prescriptions must be written by a Center for Family Health doctor.

--Prescriptions must be filled at the Northwest Pharmacy at 2200 Springport Road. It is located in the lobby of the Center for Family Health medical office building.

What is covered?

HealthPay covers most medications. If your medication can be discounted, you will receive between 10% to 90% off the retail cost of your medications.
