The Center also operates four school health centers. All serve patients through the age of 21 — except the Northwest Community Health Center, which serves patients of all ages. At the downtown Center, existing patients can utilize a Walk-In Clinic when they are unable to get an appointment with their regular provider.

Call the Center at (517) 748-5500 for more information or to make an appointment.

The Center for Family Health offers primary medical-care services through two departments – Pediatrics and Family Medicine at its downtown location, 505 N. Jackson St. Pediatrics serves newborns and children through the age of 17; Family Medicine serves patients of all ages.
