Support Services
The Center offers many supportive services to assist our patients and improve their care.
The Center offers referral services to assist patients with:
- Appointments to medical specialists
- Appointments for medical testing
- Insurance authorizations
The Center offers interpretation services for all our non-English speaking and deaf patients using a combination of resources. Those resources include a full-time Spanish interpreter, bilingual support staff, a interpretation hot line, and other available resources.
The Center offers transportation help to those in need. We employ a full-time van driver, who provides rides to our patients with no other means of getting to their appointments at CFH. We are also able to provide bus passes and cab rides for those who meet certain criteria.
