The Center offers many supportive services to assist our patients and improve thier care.
Referral Services
The Center offers referral services to assist patients with:
Appointments to medical specialists
Appointments for medical testing
Insurance authorizations
Translation Services
The Center offers translation services for all our non-English speaking and deaf patients using a combination of resources. Those resources include a full-time Spanish translator, bilingual support staff, a translation hotline, and other available resources.
Transportation Services
The Center offers transportation help to those in need. We employ a full-time van driver, who provides rides to our patients with no other means of getting to their appointments at CFH. We are also able to provide bus passes and cab rides for those who meet certain criteria.
