Molly Kaser, RN, MPH
President & CEO

Molly Kaser has been with the Center since its inception in 1990. She has a bachelor’s from Michigan State University, a diploma in nursing from Mercy Central School of Nursing, and master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan. Her service extends far into the community. Kaser is on the board of regents at Baker College, and a member of the Michigan Henry Ford Allegiance Health Improvement Organization Committee and the John George Home Board. In the past, she served on boards for the Michigan Primary Care Association, Community Action Agency, Vista Grande Villa, AWARE Shelter, and Handicapped Children and Adults.

Vice President & COO

Sara Benedetto oversees medical health and dental center operations. A registered nurse with a bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Michigan, she joined the Center in 1992 when it was still in its infancy. Benedetto held numerous positions at the Center before her current position. She is a member of the Health Improvement Organization, Cradle to Career, Great Start Executive Committee, and a board member of Jackson Community Medical Record. She is a past board member of School and Community Health Alliance of Michigan.

Vice President & Chief Finance and Human Resources Officer

Rebecca Snow joined the Center in 2014 as human resources director before adding chief finance officer to her responsibilities. She has a bachelor’s in political science and Spanish and a master’s in public administration, both from Bowling Green State University. Her previous work experience includes metro director, Human Resources, Catholic Health Partners, Northern Market, Toledo, Ohio; human resources manager, Mercy St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, Ohio; finance director, City of Defiance, Ohio; and human resources manager, City of Defiance, Ohio.

Kim Hinkle, RN
Quality Improvement Director

A nurse with a degree from Eastern Michigan University, Kim Hinkle joined the Center in 1991. Her supervision extends to all quality measures and customer-service standards, and compliance with HIPAA privacy and security standards. Hinkle was employed at Foote Hospital (now Henry Ford Allegiance Health) as a labor and delivery nurse and also worked there in case management and utilization services. She has served as the Center’s clinic manager. Hinkle has received numerous recognitions for her work, including being named a 2005 Distinguished Alumna of Eastern Michigan University College of Health and Human Services, and receiving the 2008 Michigan Primary Care Association Nursing Leadership Award.

Sharon Rouse, DO
Chief Medical Officer,
Pediatrician

Dr. Sharon Rouse has a bachelor’s from the University of Michigan, a master’s in Education from Wayne State University and a medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Board-certified in Pediatrics, she did her residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit. Before earning her medical degree, Dr. Rouse was a biology and chemistry high school teacher. She joined the Center in 2004 after working as a pediatrician for two years in Las Vegas. As Chief Medical Officer, she supervises all medical operations at the Center’s various offices. A member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Pediatricians, Dr. Rouse has a list of honors. She was one of a group who received the Trailblazer Award from Allegiance Health (now Henry Ford Allegiance Health) for starting/organizing its new residency program. She also is the Program Director for traditional interns at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital and the Clinical Coordinator for students from MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Rouse’s service extends beyond the Center. She is a board member for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Jackson.

Terry Langston, Communications & Development Officer

Terry Langston worked for the Center as a consultant before becoming a full-time employee in 2013. For the 10 years before he joined the Center, he operated the consulting firm, Langston Enterprises Inc. Langston also has worked for Substance Abuse Preventive Services, Albion-Homer United Way, Michigan 4-H Foundation, High/Scope Educational Research Foundation, Council of Michigan Foundations, Olivet College and other nonprofits. He earned two degrees from Michigan State University – a bachelor’s in social relations and family studies through James Madison College and a master’s in community service and family studies. He also has a master’s in public affairs and administration from Western Michigan University. Langston was honored with the Betty Cooke Advocacy Award, and served the community as a trustee for Sandstone Charter Township.
