Providers

Pediatric Providers: Children – from birth through age 17 – receive primary medical care from a team of board-certified pediatricians.

Family Medicine Providers: Primary medical care for adults and children is available from Family Medicine providers (family doctors).

Women's Health PhysiciansFour physicians and a nurse practitioner – all women – provide obstetric and gynecological care for women of all ages.

School Health Center Providers: Primary medical care for children – birth through 21 – throughout Jackson County, regardless of where – or if – they attend school. School health centers are conveniently located within four local schools. Services include well and acute care, and behavioral-health intervention. 

Dentists: Dentists offer a range of services to children and adults at the Center’s Dental Clinic, 500 N. Jackson St., Jackson, MI 49201. Children also are served at Northeast Health Center and through the Mobile Dental Unit, which visits area schools and preschools.

Pharmacists: Pharmacists fill prescriptions at the Center’s downtown facility, 505 N. Jackson St., Jackson, MI 49201, for Center patients. The pharmacy also is open to the public.

Center for Family Health at LifeWays: Primary medical care for adults age 18 and up.

Center for Family Health - Hillsdale: The Hillsdale Center provides primary medical care for children 6 months and older and adults of any age.
